NFZ

IMARI Clinic has a contract with the National Health Fund (NFZ) for orthodontics, prosthetics, conservative dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and periodontology. In accordance with the Act of November 6, 2008, on Patient Rights and the Patient Rights Ombudsman and relevant regulations, insured individuals are entitled to these procedures:
 

Check-up visits and preventive care

  • Dental examination with oral hygiene instructions – once a year.
  • Check-up visits – up to 3 times a year.

Dental hygienization

  • Removal of "tartar" (scaling) – once a year.
  • Detailed oral hygiene instruction.

Anesthesia

  • Free local anesthesia (including topical, infiltration and conduction techniques) with every procedure

Fillings and caries treatment

  • White fillings in the front teeth (from 1 to 3) — all free of charge. For the remaining teeth — glass ionomer fillings.

Root canal treatment

  • For adults - root canal treatment from canine to canine.
  • For children and adolescents up to 18 years of age (and pregnant and postpartum women) – root canal treatment of all teeth (up to 3 canals).

Pediatric prevention

  • Sealant application for molars:"sixes" up to age 8, "sevens" up to age 14.
  • Fluoride varnish treatment for all permanent teeth every three months until the age of 18.

Periodontal treatment and surgery

  • Treatment of gingivitis and periodontitis (including curettage, pocket rinsing), frenulum plastic surgery, tooth extraction, surgical procedures – as part of guaranteed services.

Dental Prosthetics

  • Removable acrylic partial or complete dentures – once every 5 years.
  • Repair of removable dentures – once every 2 years.

Orthodontics

  • Fabrication and repair of removable orthodontic appliances for children up to 12 years of age
  • Follow-up treatment with removable braces under the NFZ up to the age of 13.
